In celebration of Muslim Aid's 40-year anniversary in November 2025, we present a school competition inviting students ( age 11 to 16 ) to envision a positive future. Tell us about the world YOU want to see in 40 years. You can draw or write about your vision.

  • Would you like to see your home, your city, or your country be different in any way?
  • How can your artwork or piece of writing be a beacon of inspiration for positive change?
  • What acts of kindness have you seen and would like to see more of?
  • What does a kinder and more compassionate world look like to you?
  • How would you like to serve humanity?

Win an epic prize and see your entries turned into an Eid card! Your Eid card could be shared far and wide, spreading joy while raising funds for Muslim Aid projects. Get creative and make a difference!

How To Submit Your Vision

  • You can draw your vision of a better tomorrow (drawings to be no larger than 1 A4 sheet of paper) OR write about the world you want to see (no more than 100 words).
  • To enter our creative competition please sign up or if you have already registered
  • Follow the instructions on the login your artwork/writing after successful login.
  • A panel of judges reviews the submitted artworks. Voting is based on creativity, originality, and execution to ensure a fair selection process.
  • The winners are announced based on the judges' votes.

Muslim Aid is turning 40, and we want to hear from YOU!
This competition is your chance to share your vision of a better world. What does a positive future look like to you? Get creative and express your hopes and dreams through art, a short story, or a poem! Not only is this a fun way to share your ideas, but creativity can also be a great way to boost your wellbeing and help you process your thoughts and emotions while imagining a brighter future.
Some of the best entries (with your consent) will be displayed at our Eid event on 8th June 2025 and shared across Muslim Aid’s social media—so the world can see your amazing vision! Winners will have their entries turned into a special edition Eid card.
If you're aged 11 to 16 and living in the UK, then this competition is for you!
If you’re under 13, you’ll need parental consent to enter when you register.
It's easy! Follow these steps:
️️1️- Create your artwork, story, or poem on a single side of A4 paper.
2️- Take a clear photo or scan of your work.
Your file format must be doc, jpg, png or pdf and under 10MB

Important: Before submitting, you must register for an account. If you’re under 13, your parent or guardian must create an account using their name and email.
Deadline: 8th May 2025 (No late entries can be accepted!)
Our judges will review all entries in May, and we’ll announce the winners by 30th May 2025 on our social media and via email.
Winners will receive their prizes in person in London on 8th June 2025!

Our panel of expert judges will score each entry out of 100, looking for creativity, originality, and how well your vision of a better world shines through! Here’s what they’ll be looking for:
  • Creativity (25 points) – Is your idea fresh, exciting, and imaginative? Does it stand out?
  • Originality (25 points) – How unique is your artwork or written piece? Does it truly reflect your vision?
  • Theme Match (25 points) – Does your artwork or writing connect clearly with the competition theme?
  • Emotional Impact (25 points) – Does your entry make people feel something? Is it inspiring, moving, or thought-provoking?
  • Give it your best shot, and most importantly—have fun expressing your vision of a better world!

The entries with the highest scores will be announced as winners by 30 May 2025.
